30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At BlooSmart, we stand behind the quality of our smart products and accessories. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
All approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✔ 1. Valid Order Number
A valid BlooSmart order number is required.
If you purchased from another platform (Amazon, eBay, marketplace, reseller), please contact that seller directly.
✔ 2. Original Packaging
Returned products must be in their original, unopened packaging with all accessories included.
Missing items may result in a restocking fee.
✔ 3. Condition of Returned Items
Products with missing parts will incur:

$5 USD restocking fee for missing accessories (chargers, cables, screen protectors, mounts, etc.)

$1 USD fee for missing packaging components (boxes, bags, inserts, lanyards)
✔ 4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise by our support team.
✔ 5. Tracking Number Required
All return shipments must include a valid tracking number.
BlooSmart is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages during transit.
Refund Details

Refunds are issued as store credit once the product is received and inspected.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the store credit.

Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.

Bundle Returns
If you purchased a bundle, you must return all items from the bundle to receive a refund.
Any bundle item not returned will be charged at full retail price, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Products Purchased Through Third-Party Sellers
Products bought from third-party sellers (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, local stores, or authorized resellers) must be returned through that seller, not BlooSmart.
Warranty
Most BlooSmart products include a 30-day functional warranty beginning on the date of purchase.
Extended warranties (if available) must be purchased separately.
